International Operations Support Team (IOST) at PG provides essential support and strategies for the elite companies that seek expansion to the Japanese/Korean markets. IOST will assist you with market research, team organization, partnership development and in-person/documentary translation. Our standard hourly service fee is $100/hr. (+tax.)

Details of Translation Services by Potentialist

We provide both in-person and documentary translation services. Documentary translation is generally done within 5 days maximum. In-person interpretation offers two types of services : consecutive interpreting and whispered interpreting.

We expect the payment of fees to be completed within 5 days of our services being provided. However, this condition may differ for our long-time customers and partners. The languages we cover are English, French, Japanese and Korean.

Standard Fees for Document Translation

$0.23/word for standard Eng>Jpn/Kr translation

$0.25/word for high-level (technical) Eng>Jpn/Kr translation

$0.09/character for standard Jpn/Kr>Eng translation

$0.12/character for high-level (technical) Jpn/Kr>Eng translation

*For alternative translation (ex., real-time translation) , we charge an hourly service fee of $100 /hour per translator.
* For online real-time interpretation, we charge $150/hr for external meetings (ex., meetings for potential partnership/contract) and $100/hr for internal sessions (ex., meetings for internal sync/ team meeting).

Standard Fees for In-person Translation

48,000 ￥ (half day: three hours or less)

75,000 ￥ (full day: eight hours or less)

Please note that the rates shown are standard prices and the actual prices may vary depending on the difficulty and nature of work. Also, the rates do not include tax (10%) and transportation costs for our translators.

*Cancelling policies
Our "cancelling" policies include "rescheduling of work". The cancellation fee is as follows:

If informed ~6 days in advance: 0%
If informed 5-4 days in advance: 20% of the total translation fee
If informed 3-2 days in advance: 50% of the total translation fee
If informed 1-0 day in advance: 75% of the total translation fee

* For online real-time interpretation, we charge $150/hr for external meetings (ex. meetings for potential partnership/contract) and $100/hr for internal meetings (ex. meetings for internal sync/ team meeting).
